No, it would mean it just wont monitor polls tp hardware devices such as 
keyboards ....  Every operation system I know always looks earger to PAUSE or
SLEEP calls!  Freds setting of 100 might acturally be better for COMMO if you 
think about the fact that Os/2 no longer is watching COMMO poll the keyboard 
....
