| subject: | Horrid DVD packaging |
Hello,
Went to a local store and bought Roots: The complete collection.
This'll have Roots, The Next Generation, and a movie called "the gift" 10
double-sided
DVDs in all. How would you think they packaged this collection?
a) boxes with each DVD on a "push-to-release" type thing
b) create a booklet appx 3 DVDs wide (plus padding), where each DVD can only
slide approximately in 1/3 of the way in the sleeve. Have the sleeve at an
angle, so they
can slide out an get scratched at the slightest jolt.
Of course, to save a penny or two, they picked b).
The reason I'm posting this is that I thought you'd find
it...welll...somewhat interesting, given the problems some B5 sets have had
in the past.
