The oldie but still goodie is, "There is no evidence that UFOs are
a threat to national security." (paraphrased) I think this came out
in the 1960s sometime. ...Or maybe at the close of Project Bluebook.
At any rate, it's about the closest the government has come to
admitting the existance of UFOs.
