  Now THAT I agree is annoying. Too many quotes as opposed to none at
all. I got after one somebody about that once and while he was okay on
it I got bit off by somebody ELSE. So I suspect the best thing to do
is if somebody's posting style is annoying perhaps the only recourse
is to overlook it or the message all together.
