 Lucky you. :) Most people have them taken out at their dentist's
office as with any tooth removal and recuperate within a couple of days.

With me it was as my mother had commented- as though I had had major
surgery. Indeed I did. I had to go to the hospital to have it done.
Went under general anesthesia. The roots of my four wisdom teeth
were said to have been shrink wrapped around my jaw. Heck knows what
the ortho surgeon used to get them out with. I looked like a battered
woman for a month. My jaw and neck were bruised. My jaw felt sore
has heck for even longer than that along with sinus headaches only  Advil
could quell. So it wasn't that I couldn't chew, it was that for
awhile chewing hurt.
