Well clearly you do, see here:

Put two and two together and:

TelnetDoor.Exe -S  -R -X  -Y  -Z xtrn=

Throw in a -P if you need to override the default rlogin port. Note that  should be the internal code of an external program on your BBS. Note that this assumes you're using the default logon.js script.

If calling the game server from a Synchronet BBS you don't need TelnetDoor and can just use a command line like this:

?rlogin [:port] -p -t xtrn=

Any rlogin client that allows specifying the terminal-type parameter will do the job, is what I was getting at. I hope that is sufficient ANSWER for your question.
