42% after 8 years in office.  W  has appointed 15% of them, after only 3
years.  Looks pretty even to me, yet from the screeching you'd think that
there hasn't been a federal judge confirmed since Bush took office.

He's a victim of the same game that Jesse Helms was playing.  We lose lots
