Yes, it has changed.  I've had to disable anonymous access on the pure-ftp
ftp server at ftp.filegate.net due to abuse by trouble makers.  You can
still access all the files on my BBBS ftp server, however.

The BBBS ftp server is run on port 2121, not port 21.  So, ftp to
filegate.net like this:

ftp to:  filegate.net 2121
username: anonymous
password: your-email-address

This ftp server will land you in the pub directory automatically, so don't
include pub in your ftp command.
