 KW{at}> I'm in Boston this week, and it's eerily humid this morning. Feels like
 KW{at}> the last time I was out on the East Coast, which was when another
 KW{at}> hurricane Irene hit the Jersey shore while I was on vacation.

  Eighty percent of the people living along the U.S. coastlines have
never experienced the full fury of a hurricane. I'm afraid that's about
to change.

 KW{at}> My ex-wife is named Irene, I suspect that's just a coincidence.

  There is a weather organization that decides on names for each of
the "basins", and a list is on the National Hurricane Center website
at http://www.nhc.noaa.gov -- along with a list of names that have
been retired. I suspect that after this season, Irene will join that
list.
