I have it here as well as the rest of the archives for DJGPP for DOS.  I am 
just up the road from you but I see that Duncan is a toll call though so I am 
not sure if there is someone in between I could bounce it off of.

I have been working on a simular project and have written a terminal that can 
easily be adapted to your purposes.  I also have a library you can use for 
your comport calls and if we could find an intermediate system it would 
certainly make it easy and cheap to transfer whatever it is you require.  Let 
me know via this echo and I will bundle up what you will want/need.  Either 
that or I can at least let you know what files you will require and you can 
dl them from the inet or whatever.  Also I would be more than willing to 
assist you with the writing of your code since I have already done alot of 
what you are asking about.  :)
