The subject line reminds me...

I just finished reading ABHORSON, the third in a series of books by Garth
Nix which are technically juveniles, but the sort that everybody can enjoy.
 The first two are SABRIEL, and LIRIEL.  Not exactly a trilogy in the
classic sense - SABRIEL stands alone in its own right, though the world and
people in it are found in the later two books, which are more like two
halves of a single book. Much fun.
