Maybe back there, but it's almost a rite of passage out here.  have on
gdaughter yet to go the car route - she's just turned 15, so got a year left on
that one.  Her older sister, now 18, got her learners permit about one week
after she was eligible, suspect the same with the younger one.  :)

Not much new going on here, wife died last December, took a while to adjust to
that but so far coping pretty well.  

Tom Walker and Joe, the firechief, chat w/me almost daily.  Joe married again a
few years ago, BTW.  :)
