As Paul Robinson had made known to All, on 16 Mar 98 15:19:00, I quote.
PR> does anyone know of a good c++ compiler?
PR> most of the ones i can get are.... not the best...
The definition of a good C++ compiler depends on what you're looking for.
My personal favourite is Watcom C/C++, but unless you're a student or teacher
(and are eligable for the academic edition), or need it for business reasons,
it's a bit expensive. Perhaps if you mentioned which features are important
to you (fast executables, good debugging, platforms supported, etc.), and
your price range, we could stear you in the right direction. As I recall,
there's a few paragraphs on this matter in snippits which compares compilers.
... You know you're a loser when your dog gets a new best friend.
