I'm more than a little surprised to hear you say this. The BBC is one
of the finest TV networks in the world. In the area of science
fiction, Blake's Seven and Dr. Who are two examples of excellent
British series. So why don't you work on getting your first scripts
accepted in the UK, and then if you want to move to Hollywood later in
your career, that option will be easier for you if/when you've made a
name for yourself.

I, too, would be interested to hear anything JMS has to say about
aspiring writers. I'm planning to write books in the future (non-
fiction, though).
