    For the purposes of the ISP server authentication it doesn't.
    I had to upgrade my mail programs on my main machine and it
    fixed it since it had a simple SMTP outgoing server authen
    flag.  Bam was fixed.  But irex has occasional issues and
    2.29 doesn't fix it.  


        I have a work around...
