Strictly from the pragmatic side, internet filters, like everything else,
are not perfect. But with the smallest effort and minuscule judgement, a
site that is categorized incorrectly can be changed without pain; it
certainly takes less effort than finding a book by Dostoevsky. ("You
shouldn't have gone murdering people with a hatchet; that's no occupation
for a gentleman."
I don't think perfection should be expected or demanded in most things, and
in such case there is usually a different agenda afoot and not the one
being promoted.
