Yeah. Atropine and 2-pam chloride auto-injector use is taught to all soldiers
as part of NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical) readiness during Basic Training.
But that's it. As a matter of fact, the National Institute of Health has
instructions for the use of atropine and 2-pam chloride injectors accessable
online to everyone at this address:
