WHich is where I found it, and used it to list emergcom on the backbone.

My system just sends them out first of every month, along with the rules
automagically.  GOod thing too, as I spent most of last month away. EVen
though I don't get responses from tOm via netmail as I think I should when
it's due to be announced as updated it is in echolist, and I have no
complaints.  AS long as the process works ...
