| subject: | BBS over Ham Radio |
I'm very interested in ham radio, bbs, and emergency communications. I'm wondering if I can merge these topics together -- is it possible to run a BBS server over amateur radio frequencies? How would you set it up? Would you need to configure a duplex system, or would a simplex AX.25 system work? Are there any examples of this working already? --- SBBSecho 3.03-Win32* Origin: Telnet://valhalla.synchro.net - Richmond, Virginia (1:275/93) SEEN-BY: 15/0 16/101 19/36 34/999 90/1 116/18 120/302 331 123/140 128/2 SEEN-BY: 153/7715 218/700 220/60 222/2 229/426 230/150 152 240/1120 250/1 SEEN-BY: 261/38 100 266/404 512 267/155 275/100 280/1027 282/1031 1056 291/1 SEEN-BY: 291/111 320/119 219 340/400 342/13 393/68 396/45 633/0 267 280 281 SEEN-BY: 633/410 412 640/384 712/620 848 770/1 801/161 189 2320/100 105 SEEN-BY: 3634/12 5020/1042 @PATH: 275/93 100 261/38 712/848 633/280 267 |
