Before Venezuala cut back on shipping us their oil, the Exxon station way
across town here was always the cheapest in town. Fortunately, the rest of
the gas stations didn't follow suit for about a week. Now, the Exxon is
once again the cheapest in town. It's in a very low income neighborhood,
so they try to keep those people going as much as they can.
