If users have access to the full drive, security isn't set correctly.
Some of the actual Novell books have a nice table to backtracking
access issues.
For 95 make sure you remove any other drivers or binding.
I guess you could try the MS Novell option instead of the Novell
supplied client as a last resort.
Bypass the 95 logo screen at startup or hit escape, you will see more
information that you may be missing while Microsoft advertises :-)
