I'll save you a little time ... first thing she says to the Doctor
after they exchange intial hellos is to say "it's early days for you"
and then says "Crash of the Byzantium, have we done that yet?"
This clearly indicates that she thinks the 10th Doctor is a LATER
Doctor than the 11th. Though of course I can't recall any line of hers
that indicates that she knows definitively which Doctor is which
*numerically.*
Of course he doesn't know that one, so she then says "Picnic at Asgard.
Have we done Asgard yet?"
Meaning this would be an event that occurred earlier in HER life than
the crash of the Byzantium. A little clue for the future, that one ...
Anyway, moving on to Forest of the Dead, early on she says "I'd trust
that man to the end of the universe ... and actually, we've been."
Before telling the Doctor that she knows his real name, River mentions
that "one day I'm going to be someone whom you trust completely." I
have to add that so far, that day hasn't really come yet.
Later still, she says of him "I've seen whole armies turn and run away
.... and he'd just swagger off back to the TARDIS and open the doors
with a snap of his fingers. The Doctor ... in the TARDIS ... next stop:
everywhere."
It is of course no surprise that she says this, given who wrote the
episode, but its a nice touch anyway.
Later, when River sonics up a gravity platform to the core of the
planet, the Doctor says "I bet I like you" to River. She replies,
"Oh,
you do."
Her last bit of revelatory dialogue: "The last time I saw you, the real
you, the future you, I mean - you turned up on my doorstep, with a new
haircut and a suit. You took me to Darillium to see the singing towers.
Oh, what a night that was! The towers sang, and you cried."
She mentions that it was then that he gave her the sonic screwdriver.
