Is that a fact?

A fact is something that can be proven true or false.

An opinion is an expression of a person's feelings that
cannot be proven.

Opinions can be based on facts or emotions and sometimes
they are meant to deliberately mislead others.

As you know, there are three types of opinions -

1. majority opinion
2. dissenting opinion
3. concurring opinions

However, everybody knows there is only one opinion that truly counts -
