One shouldn't be quoting an entire message in reply to another. Quote what
you're replying to and that only. It's a real pain to have to scroll down
an entire message to find that someone has quoted the entire message to
to find that they've sent a one line reply to it.

Correctly setup, one doesn't see those in email. In Outlook Express, one
has to go out of his way to see them.
