High utilization isn't usually a problem unless it gets very high and
stays there for a period of time.
Try to determine what is causing the load.
Paradox is a killer.
increase file server memory.
You can have 4 network cards in the server, but unless your number of
users is higher or very intense you shouldn't have to do this.
100MB cards are getting cheaper :-)
