 Why??   This echo allows BST of R/C Stuff, and the traffic is only in the
 10 message a day range.  There are already two R/C echos, and to further
 fragment them may cause the traffic to drop quite low.  When the traffic
 drops low enough, the following happens around here:
     1.)  People stop posting - thinking no one is reading
     2.)  Boards stop carrying an echo
     3.)  The echo goes extinct
 I think a distinct R/C Modeling BST echo is a really bad idea.
