REPORT THIS PERSON TO THE SPCA. If you get his licence plate again...
find out who he is.

Abusing a dog, especially a high power breed as pit bull, well caluse
this dog to become the very sort of dog pit bulls are said to be
"famous for".

You have heard of people who train dogs, usually the power breeds
(because they're big and powerful not becasue they're naturally
aggressive because theyre not, HUMANS make them that way!).... to
fight. They do this by deliberately abusing them as puppies. :(

When a fighting dog uses up his /her usefulness in dog fights, theyr'e
usually abandned and become a public nuisence. Unless rehabilitated
(exposure to stable dogs and a stable human as pack leaders to correct
his aggression/fear and learn to channel his high energy in long
ardours walks...)- they're usually put down. And only after the bite
or kill a human being.

This sort of behavior is not acceptable- and it's not the dogs fault.
Its the owners.

Cindy
