I wear long johns along with the regular clothes in the house and sometimes a jacket.
Thus far my electric space heaters (oil filled radiators with two electric
elements in
the bottom) are maintaining the inside temp at 50F, and that on their low
(500W) setting.
The space heater in the bedroom holds that room at 60F, and if it gets cold I can add
dogs (black labs) to the bed, although more than three gets crowded .
