According to this website, Sherwood Boelert of New York is the most
progressive Republican in the House and Lincoln Chafee of Rhode Island is
the most progressive
Republican in the Senate.

Ralph Hall of Texas and Zell Miller of Georgia are the least progressive Democrats
in the House and Senate respectively.

Looks about right to me.
