Dogs and Cats have them why not us?  It will be forced on us one day.  Might 
not be in our life time.  But it will happen.  This is the start.  If they can 
make this work, it will show other countries that is more then possible.  

I hope this blows up in there face, and some kiddie hacker puts there little 
toy city to a stand still.  ;)
