I guess this is a 9th Doctor story?
Just can't believe the Doctor would let himself get so unglued over the
Time War, but then again, I can recall some Hartnell where he would let
himself get unglued for less.
Oh well, most Doctor Who are there for entertainment and mostly filler.
Some are great, and those are the ones we remember. But after hundreds of
episodes, one thing Doctor Who can say consistently is
"Entertaining." :)
