  Hi there!
  I don't have a lot of traffic.  But I can add what is news around here on 
the native fish scene. 
  I am located in Sacramento, Calif, the heart of the Central Valley.
  We are at the convergence of the Sacramento and the American Rivers.
  Right now, salmon are coming in from the pacific ocean and are running into 
the dams on the American River.  They are collected by the dept of Fish & 
Game and they are artificially spawned in the hatchery.
  Other news, a lake north east of us, Lake Davis, near the town of Portola, 
Calif, was poisoned to kill off northern pike that were illegally introduced. 
 The concern was the pike would kill native fish species and harm the fishing 
industry.
  How's that for a little traffic?
