As I said to Marge, I really couldn't. Looks like we'll have to find some 
other person.
Almost sounds like they must not be recognizing your BBS address, or 
something similarly stupid. If that's the case - if they think some info 
in your update is invalid - then there's probably nothing anyone here can 
do.
