Moving.

IIRC Nova road is posted 35 MPH and I passed about 6 - 8 feet
from where she stood on the west side of Nova road as I
was heading southbound on 5A.

I hadn't any deliveries to make until a bit south of the point
where I saw her thus no reason to stop.

l always saw her in about the same place, never anywhere else in 
Daytona or Port Orange.
