The going joke here was the curtains faded mode rapidly.  We have three
states and an island state that toy with their time pieces twice a year,
minimum.  Oh, the fun!

My sister who lives in Adelaide (South Australia) is normally a half-hour
behind Queensland (my loc.) but DST puts her a half-hour ahead in summer. 
Hardly normal, hey.  I love 'listenin'g to her mental gyrations when she
calls me.  ;)
