I have recently come upon a NEW error message:

Unable to find EleXer script: \ELE\QUESTION\rdmsgps.elm

I have hunted every archive I can locate, and have not found a
"rdmsgps.pas"
from which to make a rdmsgps.elm.  The closest I can find is a rdmsgps.q-a
in my question directory.
