Just to let you know ... I decided to try the obvious. Those Backbone 
Operations messages say something about "If you need help, please contact 
Marge Robbins".
Well, I did, and here's what she replied: (I presume the file is the same 
as someone else posted before. My BBS's door apparently doesn't 
automatically send attached files.)
