Why do people make up stuff that others have never said?
Benito Mussolini was a former journalist, and would never
have misquoted himself, much less others. But hey. Let's
not quibble about stuff that Il Duce has never said, but

By your definition, quoted above, no state has ever gone
100% corporate capitalistic. Nor is it likely any future
state will ever achieve that status. So what is fascism?
And what qualifies a state as being a fascist state?
