Correct.  Message distribution systems are way too fast for the simplistic
approach he uses.

Reality, msg arrives to 1:275/1000.  It may be already overseas to Terri Roati,
2 other USA sites and Vince in the UK in far less than a minute, if echomail.  
Some of them may have it in distrubution before I can see it myself.
