BTW, when a well-known events in Ukraine had been happening (storming 
the state buildings) the US encouraged them as a sign of democracy. The 
US State secretary visited Kiev and personally fed people on barricades 
with crackers. ;-)

PS: It is also to the point who meddles in election processes around the 
world.
