That looks just like the default dorinfo.mec that comes with Maximus.

Yeah, the 'local editor' in max.ctl doesn't seem to let you run dorinfo.mec, 
the only alternitive I can think of, for using ANY good remote external 
message editor is to create the drop file in the message menu for 'enter 
message', 'reply', etc but there are so many other places someone could write 
a message from that if you miss one you're in trouble.
