Dear Donna,
NO, not on a calm day, on one with a fair breeze BEHIND YOU! You
may use the bleach water until it becomes ineffective. As for
progressive bleachings, you will never get it snow white and i have
found one bleaching gets it light enough to prevent color tainting. You
will just have to see if it is acceptable to you.
