On 01-03-98, DAVID HARTUNG declared to JUSTIN BAUSTERT:
DH>The question is still valid, what constitutional right does the
DH>government have to limit Microsoft's business?, or for that matter, what
DH>actual proof is there that Microsoft has a monopoly>?
Isn't it interesting that Microsoft, whose operating systems have
multiple competitors out there, including the machine manufacturer,
(I've lost track of all that's available) is the company being
villified, while Apple, who has no competitors for its system so far as
I know (I ain't a Apple person), isn't? Seems like the same was true
for the NextStep computers too. Just who is it that's really engaging
in monopoly?
