I don't have Windows 95.  The method above works fine with Win 3.1
and Delphi 1.0.  Maybe someone out there has a Win95 solution?  One
posibility is run the Win 3.1 Character Map program and use its
select/copy function to place the extended character onto the clip-
board, then paste it into Delphi.
