*IF* the file is not complete. In that case, as arj puts a header for each
file, no tree is lost (like when using zip) and so a -jr and/or -jr1 can save

Eof tags could do something with text, and I mean SOMETHING, not MIRACLES...
eof tags have nothing to do with arj archive fragments.
