Too elementary? Nope. A common question....
Choose Select Printer from the Print menu (Ctrl-F7) Select the appropriate 
printer Select Edit Select Port, Other, then enter a filename. Press F7 twice 
to return to the Print menu and print as usual.  The output will be to the 
file named.
Note: If the file exists, it will be overwritten without warning. Also note:  
The file can be quite large, depending on the type of printer you have
