Due to the idiotic point of view of the reigning officials it's not a
problem. (Course they don't have to live with them.)  Personally, I use
an industrial strength vacuum cleaner for swarms that are trying to take
up residence, and a "Crispy Critter" flame thrower assembly to evict
those already in residence.  When they get to number in the MILLIONS we
leave them pretty much alone.  They kill horses with some regularity.

No Novas.  They were NOT popular in this area because in Spanish (our
primary local language) "No Va" means "Won't GO!"  
Seriously, this junkyard has mostly real early Fords '28 to '39, and a
lot of old Mopars. Some WEIRD earth moving equipment and a lot of oil
field equipment.
