i found that program to be very bad actually =) a better one is called 
"Psylogical Sysop" .. you can configure the language file, or even hit alt+c 
to break into real chat (tho to the user nothing changes.. execpt maybe all 
of a sudden it can answer more questions =) ).
and since when is lisa FREEWARE? it has like a 10 second unregistered delay 
that's REALLY annoying (at the begining and end). what ver do you have?
