 While trying to run elconfig (dos) I got the following error:

A fatal error occured in this program
This program halted at 12-15-2004 on 21:10:15
Runtime error [203] at [1E2D:02AA].
Heap overflow error

Any suggestions as to what caused this. I even put a fresh elconfig.exe & 
.ovr in the directory and got the same results.
