Clintons went to prison for their criminal activities?


Where was your outrage when Clinton issued a whole string of last-minute
pardons? One of which went to a fugitive then hiding from American justice in
Switzerland?


You might not realize what Bush actually did `for' Libby.


If Bush issues him a presidential pardon....and Libby takes it....that is
almost the same as an admission of guilt. A *pardon* is not `exoneration', or
the same as an acquital, or a case being dismissed due to lack of evidence or
other reasons.


A pardon is the same as *forgiving* someone who did something wrong...and the
person pardoned accepting the pardon is *admitting* they did in fact do
something wrong to need a pardon for in the first place.


Bush only *commuted* Libby's sentence, which leaves the door open for Libby to
raise issues in the case that might lead to exoneration.


Bush actually did Libby a favor.
